What if I have fewer than 15 children at the party?
The pricing is for up to 15 children, but if you have fewer children, we always make sure you get your money's worth with the craft, prizes, etc. or we can discuss a different price.

My home is too small for a party. Do you do parties in rented spaces?
No home is too small for a party of up to 15 children. We come out and see your space and let you know if anything needs to be moved. We have never said the words "this will never do." If you still feel strongly that you don't want the party in your home, you will have to book the space. We can offer suggestions.

What happens on the day of the party?
We arrive an hour before the party starts and decorate. And decorate. And decorate. As the children arrive, we keep them busy with a crafts and activities. Then it's time for games! We work around your preferences for having a meal, gift unwrapping, etc, and ensure the children are always occupied. As the children leave, we make sure they take home their craft, goodie bag, thank you card.

How do I reserve my party?
Once a party date is confirmed, a non-refundable deposit of $100 and a signed party contract must be receive within one week to secure your reservation. The balance is due the day of the party. We gladly accept cash, and personal checks made payable to Precious Events Party Planning.

How far in advance should I book my party?
If you have a specific date in mind, we recommend calling well in advance of your chosen date. We are often booked up for 2-3 months. You can reserve the date with a deposit and decide the details when you are ready.

What if I need to cancel or change the party date?
Your deposit is non-refundable and cannot be returned for any reason. In the case of illness or emergency, we will gladly reschedule your party with another available date. If new invitations, food and beverage are needed, an additional fee may apply.
